Cru exists to give every student at Illinois State every opportunity possible to know and follow Jesus Christ.

ISU Cru is a campus ministry of Cru, formerly Campus Crusade for Christ. It exists to give every student at Illinois State every opportunity possible to know and follow Jesus Christ. We are not about a religious system, but we are about real people with real questions seeking real answers. We invite you to be a part of an authentic community of people who are learning what it means to be followers of Jesus.

Since its inception in 1951, Campus Crusade has existed for one purpose: to train and inspire college students to change the world by reaching their friends on their own campuses with the life changing message of the gospel. We want to help you grow in your relationship with Christ and to equip you with the tools to share with other students on your campus. Our mission and goals are to see a growing, dynamic organization led by students like yourself, driven by the desire the Lord has given you to serve Him and to share His gospel.
